Are Titans the weakest in the Crucible, or am I just worse than I think?

I've tried Crucible over and over. My friends tell me it's fun, and that you have to get use to it, but they're playing as Warlocks and Hunters. I'm constantly being wrecked by players, that are mostly Hunters and Warlocks. Even thinking about it, I don't really see that many Titans in the Crucible. The Titan abilities seem to only really work in defense, even the Striker Subclass. Is any other Titan just getting destroyed out there? I'm good at games like Halo and Battlefield, and I'll admit, I'm not great at Crucible, but this is out of control! Does anyone feel the same? Are Titans a weaker PvP class?

Titan class doesn't have the gimmicks classes like Hunters have. You'll do well as a Titan when you start treating this game like every other shooter - actually getting kills with your primary, focusing on heavy ammo when it spawns, etc. Our lightning grenade is probably the best in the game when you know how to use/place it on every map. Fist of Havoc should only be used when 1) the other team is going for heavy ammo 2) they're all stacked up on a control point or 3) to stop a Bladedancer/GG from killing the rest of your team. Don't be like the other bad Titans and use your Super as a panic button for 1 kill. Don't be like the other bad Titans who use Shoulder Charge, when shotguns/fusion rifles do the exact same thing without the suicidal risk (every Titan I see using SC struggles to maintain a 1.0 KDR, if that). Can't even begin to tell you how many Titans I kill with my handcannon as they sprint towards me like a complete moron. Learn how to effectively use your primary, especially handcannons - you might see some scrubs who run around with their special weapons out all game, but it's the people who get most of their kills from their primaries that consistently top the scoreboard. Use a machine gun, not a rocket launcher - rocket launcher might get you a couple no-skill kills, but machine guns are the foundation for 10+ kill streaks. Saving your Super for the right time is key to doing well; you can hear when Hunters activate their supers, so if you know they're coming for you, it's much easier for you and your team if you have your super ready to take him out. Killing the other team at their heavy ammo spawn before they can grab it/right after they grab it can change the course of a game, as can killing 3-4 of them stacked at a control point. Edit: Just noticed the date on the OP, I've been trolled.
