He did it for a bunch of people. Activity is logged on the ps4 server. When you pull your connection in the middle of the game it gets logged. A few times looks like internet failure. 10 times gets investigated. He got his psn account banned for "The failure to abide by playstation networks terms of service"

Okeaybut how ifyou get disconnect all rhe time like errors/router problema i know of guy with router problems he got disconnected 10 times in houre so they can never be 100% sure is it

Getting an error code in destiny is not the same as pulling a connection. Server connection and internet connection are two different things
