There arent even close to a third of the players that actually try crota.. much less attempt the glitch

In the first two weeks after launch of halo reach, bungie banned 12,000 accounts for using an exploit. Down with the cheats.

Right, but nowhere near tgat number has played crota. Bungies stats this week put crota deaths at only a few hundred. Vocal minority is what you need to learn. Just because 200 people might shout loud on a forum, that doesn't represent a cross section of the player base.

Yeah, with 162,321 kills, cp's bouncing around like hotcakes, people soloing parts of the raid(even all of it actually lol). I highly doubt bungie will be banning anybody. They will most likely take note of paths taken/"cheeses" and relate patches to hard-mode, given how they handled VoG and the delayed release of this hard-mode. Just my speculation( I am not however talking about psn/xbl)
