Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Anytime I go into strikes or crucible and the person does the worst gets an exotic.

2 RepliesCheesed Crota for the first time yesterday. We got Crota on one knee first try as host left and some scrub gets killed and makes us die to over soul. That one death made us fail another 3 times and when I killed Crota the guy who messed up at first got dragons breath while I got my 4th raid fusion rifle.... And also I beat atheon trying to get hawkmoon or gjallahorn... Got my second Monte Carlo....

Team on a nightfall got Gjallarhorn and Hard Light. I get an engram. I turn it in, and get 2 shards. (Before Xür sold TLW) Team on nightfall (two different teams, first team with 2 and 2nd with 3). I get a legendary engram, other member gets TLW. Second run, the other player gets TLW. My engram was shards.

today crotas end do the whole raid only obtaining mats do crota takes about 2 hours get 2 radiant energies

Playing some rumble. There was this fag using universal remote (primary shotgun) and blink, a the end he got the the last word.... rng is a bastrard

Anytime i get materials from vanguard/Faction packages. I always find it difficult to get Discipline on my raid gear. I don't have exotics that can take the place of my gear to give me DISC. Namely HotPF

Finished this week's nightfall to get a legendary engram. When turned into Rahool, he gave me 2 ascendant energies :-O. I want to snap a sniper rifle over his head!

Farm marks for 2 weeks to get legendary helmet. First strike with new helmet i recieve helmet engram and get the same helmet

I was farming for hours on end with my titan, and finally get a legendary engram. Turns out it's for a warlock and mine's only level 7

Not counting three back to back Nightfalls with 5 coins as a reward for each? Buying icebreaker and the getting it as a drop 10 minutes later.
