Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Going 26-0 and getting nothing, while the guy in my team with 2-7 gets legendary engram... But the weirdest was getting nothing apart from coins and shards in nighfalls and the icebreaker from the heroic (an engram) in the same week

turned in 16 blues to rahool gave me 6 of the same helmets,, 4 of same leg armor, and 6 chest armors all the same all were blue. aslo he said I didn't think you would choose that one and we don't see many of those shur rahool I chose that one and u don't see many of those when you just gave me a bunch of duplicates

Every single person on the team got something out of the roll and i was the only one who got NOTHING from that match. Worst part? The last guy on our team that had 20 deaths with 2 kills got an exotic while everyone else got piddly shit. (i went positive by going at least 5-4 since i was mostly defending)

4 RepliesTwo hundred runs through the Fist of Crota mission to get my first Husk of the Pit. Then I got my second only five runs later.... ...and my THIRD the next day killing a random Blade of Crota on patrol in the Rocketyard running bounties.

Edited by Zz I Ghost: 12/28/2014 1:50:10 AMBack when Truth was first sold I bought it and then I went to try it out in some strike missions and on my second strike got a legendary heavy engram went to decode it and it turn into the Truth I was pretty upset about it because I just spent most of my coins buying it but after a couple of minutes I laughed it off and said you got RNG you b!tch

Getting 5 strange coins in a NF when I get 9 for the weekly is always cool. That's typical but getting my 10th chatterwhite while 3 people got VOG chest pieces (a few weeks ago when it mattered) was painful.

5 RepliesI was doing a vanguard roc strike. The 2 that were with me went afk so I went on to finish the strike by myself. Rewards screen came up and I received nothing while the 2 that went afk both received gjallahorns. Fml

First day the dlc came out I did a roc strike on dust palace. This was the first time doing this playlist. My 2 friends both got different legendary ships and I got nothing, like usual. I've also never had a legendary engram turn into exotic and I've been playing since launch.
