Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

First day the dlc came out I did a roc strike on dust palace. This was the first time doing this playlist. My 2 friends both got different legendary ships and I got nothing, like usual. I've also never had a legendary engram turn into exotic and I've been playing since launch.

1 ReplyHeroic strike friend came in about 10 minutes from the end I done all solo up to that point. We finish I get a rare arm and a rare gun he get 2 legendary engrams one helmet one primary .. will admit I was rather annoyed with that

Roc strike, I got a blue engram and a blue boots. One guy got a legendary primary and another legendary arms and the other guy got a red death and a legendary helm.

During a ROC strike . 2 people left at the start of the mars strike so I decided to carry on and beat it myself ! I has Valus Tu'uarc's health is say at 10% 2 ransoms join in as I -blam!-ing kill him and one of them gets a legendary primary engram and IB. And I get 2 blues . It sucked major balls.

About an hour ago!!! I've been chasing gjallarhorn everywhere for what seems like forever no luck what so ever.. I almost gave up with destiny. Then I was casually playing a control game and what drops to the person just below me in the leaderboard... That's right BLAM!! You destiny now I really am moving on

RNG has been good to me, so I have nothing. But my friends story is awesome. My friend was doing the vault of glass with his trusty last word. He then got it from the exotic chest. He was pissed. Then, after we beat Atheon, he got it again! Then after that, him and I did the nightfall. He got the last word! Lol

Me and another lvl 30 were doing a ROC strike and the other guy was purposefully being afk - shooting into the wall every five minutes or so. Me and the 30 got crap and the afk guy got Icebreaker. I just turned the game off. So stupid.
