Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

1 ReplyI got the Fate Bringer (Templar), Corrective Measure (Gatekeeper), Praedyths Revenge (Templar) and Hardlight (Exotic Chest) from a single VOG Hard run today, that we didnt even finish. Also got Red Death from NF yesterday and a Truth from last weeks NF. I hadnt been getting much until Xur brought in the Gally.

I was carrying my brother in law (he's 13) through Crota. Literally. He didn't get a single kill and spent every single check point dead. What does he get afterwards TLW!!!! What did I get? The same stupid fûcking helmet I always get from Crota.

Lol[/quote] Mine was straight humiliation, I was doing Dragon strikes hopefully so I can get JUST ONE LEGENDARY SPECIAL ENGRAM (so I can get a slim chance for icebreaker). I did 66 strikes in that time and didn't get a single one. Then on my last shot I was in a lobby doing Devils lair and at the first part the guy that died 13 times already (counted) got a legendary engram. Then in 10 minutes the same guy got ANOTHER ONE. When the strike ended I got one decoherent engram and rare armor but that same guy got NO F*CKING LAND BEYOND (another weapon I needed). I did the best in the match and got crap but the worst guy got loaded with TWO legendary's and AN EXOTIC. All I was asking for was ONE legendary and I ended up being taunted by RNG telling me my luck suck and 10 games earlier another guy that yet again did worst got exactly what I wanted. This was also the same week (this week) where i got 9 strange coins from the Taniks Nightfall but my friend got Suros Regime, something he already had, and i did all the damage. I've been on Destiny for 1 1/2 years and the only exotic weapons I have I bought or got from bounties (but there's a high chance for that anyway). Fix this problem Destiny, I'm tired of you neglecting good players while giving players that don't deserve it, good stuff.

I ran night fall a few weeks back. Both of the other guys on my fire team get gjallarhorns. They already have gjallarhorns. I didn't have it, I get....[spoiler]10 strange coins[/spoiler]

Doing Crota on normal about a month ago and my friend and I both wanted Black Hammer since we didn't have them and he got it and I didn't. I was No Land Beyond angry.

Grinding for Hopscotch. Don't get a Hopscotch and give up after a while. Start doing PoE 28 for a Benevolence. 3 Runs. No Benevolence. Got a Hopscotch on the 3rd. [spoiler]This game knows when you're trying to get something and it doesn't give it to you. I swear.[/spoiler]
