Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Spent a chunk of my day leveling up my crucible, and after all that time, I got a SINGLE mote of light. My friend was doing the same at the same level, and got three legendary engrams.

So obviously I'm hopping on the bandwagon and trying to get a gjallarhorn, and this game Is relentless. I've gotten a Monte Carlo, 3 truths, watch countless people get a gjally, one person get a gjally and a thunder lord at the same time. Basically this past month has been my worst rng moment in this game, since that's when I actually started farming.

Last Friday I spent around 500 Ascendant Shards on Motes of Light to buy Exotic Engrams so that I could get the Ram. Bought around 23 engrams and I didn't get the gun, then a friend of mine bought two and got the -blam!-ing Ram. [spoiler]GG[/spoiler]

Spent over 200 motes and over 200 strange coin trying for purifier robes. Did ONE nightfall 2-3 weeks after How drops gets purifier robes. Granted I LOVED the suprise, but Jesus all those coins and motes could've been spent on other armor. Ah well, rng......
