Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Did PoE 28, got Ice Breaker Then did nightfall and got another Ice Breaker

Well 2 week in a row that I get twice on 3 runs same armor in the nightfall and it's not even for the character I played

Be first week of PoE. Do lvl 28. Excited for exotic chest. Need Godzillahorn. No Land Beyond. Alright let's try this again. Does 28 again. No Land Beyond...

Over 1k hours into the game. Still no ghorn. Drag my friend through the Queens bounties and 28 poe, even tho he only plays pvp. He gets a ghorn. Doesn't even know what it is...

Got a no land beyond from a special legendary engram, would've been happier with a purple sniper (Or icebreaker but that doesn't seem like it is happening anytime soon)

Beat PoE. Excited for the guaranteed first time exotic in the chest. Got my second freaking midi multi tool. Lame.

Wasting about 50 motes to roll kneepads ans rangefinder on Party Crasher +1 only for the same gun to drop with those perks 30 mins later

VoG hard, shards and energies every checkpoint. Finished the raid and was rewarded with two Atheon Epilogues, which I already had. So for the entire run I got energies and shards.

Getting a 3rd Gjallarhorn at Crota when the only exotic weapon I'm missing is No Land Beyond and some other guy got it. But seriously, never been able to get either Black Hammer or Hunger of Crota so far from normal mode after I don't know how many runs.

Got no land beyond from beating Crota with my hunter switched to my warlock and got two no land beyond in just one day then a week later I complete nightfall on my Titan get the weapon again then switch to a different character get two no land beyond again. Those two weeks were not good for me.

3 RepliesCarried someone through VoG, he was dead for most of Confluxes, oracles and Templar. He had 12 kills by the time the Templar went down He got 2 (two) (blam-ing TWO) Fatebringers and I got shards. I spent the rest of the raid saying "Two Fatebringers" in disgust. I still haven't got FB.

Me and a friend do a nightfall. He gets his first gjallarhorn and i get NLB. WTF!?! But i already have three gjallarhorns already so oh well.

I have gotten 3 universal remotes from a nightfall. It's not a bad gun but I would rather be that person in my group to get a gjallarhorn or hawkmoon

All these people complaining about getting No Land Beyond while that's basically the only exotic pre- HoW that I'm missing. But I still manage to get a second Gjallarhorn... I really hate RNG right now.

My worst RNG moment is continuous... I have over 716 Hours played in Destiny and I still have yet to get one Gjallarhorn. What is even worse is that I was with a group and we did all of the PoE Lvl 35 from the beginning (Note it was my first time doing PoE 35 (Today)) and then I was booted at Skolas for not having one. Now I cannot find a team that will pick up someone without a gally. I have been a constant relic holder and swordbearer but yet I still have no Gjallarhorn.

Same Iron Banner, I get 2nd last in one game and the guy on my team in last gets Gjallarhorn. Few days later, I get Best Around and the game gives me No Land Beyond.

I speak for a grains. During the dark below we were playing pvp. We were up against a team of NLB. We lost the game and he got NLB. Then in POE lvl 34 big chest he got another NLB.

I have two stories: One: We were doing Crota Hard Mode. Of course, I'm running sword. We kill Crota, and EVERYBODY EXCEPT ME got a Gjallarhorn! Two: I buy Suros from Xûr a couple months back, and try it out. Then, within twenty minutes of that, two suros regimes drop. I was so done with RNG.

Was soloing a nightfall... Then the fire nation attacked. Two people joined in and both got gally while I got strange coins....
