Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

3 RepliesToday, it wasnt that bad but still, so im sitting there doing the nightfall with clanmates and we get to the end, so i am hunting for the gally cause i dont have one and i dont use the primaries or specials often, i see yellow writing pop up next to my name but i didnt actually read it, i am like "i swear if thats a gally", i see the reward ....... "whhhhhhyyyyyy" no land beyond

1 ReplyMe and my friend bought multiple helm engrams from Xur. I was hoping for nighthawk and he was hoping for the ram. I only have a hunter and he only has a warlock. I decrypt the engram and get the ram! He decrypts his engram and gets the nighthawk!

No elemental primaries from Skolas. No Elder Cypher. Judgement chance: 4 Six Dreg Pride, Aegis of the Kell, Wolfslayer Claw.

I have three of them. 1. I bought the last word from xur, before receiving it twice later that week. 2. My first 3 exotic engrams ever were all insurmountable skullfort (and at the time I had no titan I only had a hunter). 3. I have gotten 3 Gallajhorns from Atheon before I have gotten a Vex (lol so many of u will hate me :P As of now I have gotten 6-7 Gallys, the most common exotic I have gotten)

2 RepliesWe were 5 manning vog and one of us left at gorgon he came back when atheon was at half health since there were four of us we could not revive him and we completed it while he did not do anything. We get shards and he gets GHORN

I buy 3 exotic Engrams from xur. I used up all but 2 of my motes of light. I open the engrams. I get Light Beyond Nemesis THREE TIMES IN A ROW

I did a Templar checkpoint we killed him and everyone but me got a Fatebringer I got shards so I thought that's bs but I'll get something good from the chest so we went to the chest I opened it first got shards again then everyone else opened and got a mother-blam!-ing exotic

Worst rng moment was the day HoW came out. Saved all my legendary and rare engrams, and also mail packages. Turned them in hoping to get some weapons and armor. Armor worked out ok, but i got 4 new weapons out of it and all 4 guns were the same gun!! 4 one/one synthesete Scout rifles within 5 minutes of each other spread across all 3 characters.
