Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

I don't have a "the worst moment" as every moment is the worst! I dont get anything from Night Falls anymore beside Shards/energies and shatty legendary weapons that are not worth the 2 energies you get from breaking them down. I conciser myself lucky because I got the Red Death and suros from crota in the past few weeks not counting the continual drops of the raid weapons which I have already. Aside from that its been I would say about 6 weeks of night falls with 0 exotics or anything worth a damn. Lets see what the Night Falls bring this week. Maybe I will be blessed by RNGesus this week. May everyone get something good!

I'm always the top player and I achieve it with ease, but when I see the worst player get a Ghorn for 7 games in a row, Ik that you have to be bad at the game in order to achieve what you want... Or at least thats what RNG has told me! Just an FYI, I have 2 other accounts, I was talking about my main one, not this one

The first time I had a purple bauble drop from an enemy I was so excited that I took a screenshot. I carefully carried that precious legendary engram to the Cryptarch, and he decrypted it into a Mote of Light. It makes for an amusing story, but honestly, on the whole, I think the Random Number Gods have been kind to me.

I get nothing from the crucible. Ok, not "nothing" but it might as well be nothing. I am lucky to get something every 10 matches (give or take, mostly give). When I do get something it is ALWAYS a blue heavy weapon engram that has never been a legendary or even a strange coin. This includes when you get something but it doesn't show you until you are back in orbit. Nothing.

I have done crota and VoG multiple times (at least 17 each) and haven't got black hammer or fatebringer

1 ReplyGhorn is the only gun (raid or exotic) I need. Decrypted a purple heavy, heard the sound, saw the yellow.... It was Truth... That hurt a little knowing for a split second I had a 33% chance...

Edit: second worst, friend comes over, and I have been farming for the husk, and my friend kills one blade, and gets it for me. I was sort happy, sort of mad because his rng helped me. Told him to come over again to help with nightfall to get ghorn

needed 1 radiant shard for 32, did entire raid with 3 characters no armor only energies and i only cried for 20 minutes

Not getting Hawkmoon for the past 26 weeks or so from whatever activity with 3 characters (of which 1 since shortly prior to CE) doing most if not all activities each... (Except past 2 weeks due game / reward fatigue) Ooh and also no Gjallarhorn but I don't really need one (want is a different thing ;))

Bought suros from Xur the second time he ever sold it and next crucible match I got like a 7kd and got suros and ever since then almost all 20 of my suros's have come from crucible

Getting NLB 3 mother effing times on the same day, 2 from the same run. 2 from HM crota (death singer and crota himself) then I jumped on my second character and when we did normal I got it again. I was beyond pissed and my friends were just laughing because they were like "let's try a NLB run" and they jinxed it

The last 20 or so purple engrams I've turned into the Cryptarch have been either shards or energies. I don't even get excited about purple engrams anymore because I know it will just be materials. I can't complain much though, I'm a lucky bastard in every other aspect.
