Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Found three legendary engrams all heavy weapons which I was lacking therefore excited about. Turn all three in. Two ascendent energy and one shard. Needless to say I was disappointed.

Spending a afternoon running the Roc List collect over 16 rare Engrams just to watch the Cryptard turn them all to rare Scrap and Motes. Leveled the Cryptard just to be rewarded with another 2 blues that turn into more blue scrap. How come RNG is so predictably predictable?

My curse was finally brown last week. For 6 weeks in a row. Ever since the exotic drop was moved to the deathsinger. Someone in my fireteam has gotten gjallarhorn from her. That last time was a good friend of mine. The curse was broken last week when no one got one from her. But someone got one from atheon... pretty much I've seem gjallarhorn at least 7 times. None for me...

I was doing VOG HM with a few people I've worked with frequently and a couple LFG guys. At least four people going in wanted Fatebringer. I was not one of them. We get to the final part of Templar and I don't make it back to relic bearer in time for cleanse and die. The rest of the team finishes the Templar off and I was the only one who got Fatebringer. I felt so bad.

It was iron banner week and so I went to troll some people with no land beyond equipped, about 3 games in I saw the yellow words pop up in the bottom, didn't see what I got I was just happy.. That was until I realized that it was..... ANOTHER DAMN NO LAND BEYOND and that is the story of how I lost my faith in RNGesus and became an atheist

Every week some casual getting fatebringer or a double fatebringer while I get shards from the TEMPLAR. [spoiler]COLLECT MY TEARS[/spoiler]

I saw the Hawkmoon drop on a ROC Strike. It went to a guy I had to revive 7 times and who got 57 less kills than I. It also dropped last week on the VOG Chest. For a guy who spawned dead, didn´t help a thing in the Templar Fight, and whose kill count after the Gorgons was 2.

Upgraded my Gjallahorn then got another from an engram, then completed VOG on hard and received another from the chest...;(
