Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Bought 3 exotic engrams and they gave me the helmet I was wearing on my titan, the helmet I was wearing on my hunter, and the helmet I was wearing on my warlock. To be fair, they were all really good helmets. That's why I was wearing them.

Friend got Gjallarhorn after at least 2 months of quitting today, also got hawkmoon yesterday in a period of 2 days. My worst rng moment. I got no land beyond he gets Gjallarhorn.

My first time buying something from Xur (friday night) I'm a noob so I had nothing but Motes of Light (2 Strange Coins away from buying a helmet with no way of earning more), just enough to buy an Exotic Engram. So there I am at the Crytarch with my Exotic Engram and BOOM! I'm so freaking happy MY FIRST PIECE OF EXOTIC GEAR AND ITS A HELMET!! Wait... whats this? I say aloud as I read "Titan Class" And that feeling is the same I have everytime I run a raid, do a strike or public event. I'm that guy that gets Ascendent Energy.

Buying my first thing from xur ever which were the don't touch me gauntlets for the hunter. Then doubt the nightfall about 15 minutes later and getting don't touch me gauntlets -__- I was like FML

I remember playin for a long time just to get the one mysterious coin needed to buy a helmet i really wanted. Didnt get it, xur goes away. My helmet didnt come until 4 months later... Thankfully i have it now

Bought no land beyond so me and some buddies can screw around. Received it 30 minutes later from crota.

I asked my friend to come help me with holding the hard vog gorgon checkpoint so I can grab the chest on all 3 characters. Grabbed the chest on all 3 got shit loot and I say to my friend "Might as well grab it while you're here." 10 seconds later Gjallarhorn... I was really salty. And my friend barely touches this game! I have so much time played and haven't received a single GHorn.

Me being lvl 30 have not gotten a legendary or better primary weapon.

Getting two heavy weapon legendary engrams and they both turn into Harms way chain guns with the final round ability. Really? Who kills a enemy with the last shot of a chain gun that has 54 rounds, that's just stupid.

There are only two weapons I still want. Gallarhorn and the Mida Multi tool. I log on for a few hours on Tuesdays to do the nightfall. Normally, I just start the strike solo and by the end of the strike someone has joined me. This week, after making it to Valus and causing him to move from one end, to the other, and back to the beginning (basically 30% health left, a friend of mine joins in. We finish Valus off in a couple of minutes and Ding Ding, friend gets the gallarhorn. I congratulate him while crying softly into my headset.
