Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Don't know what my worst was but my first exotic when I was lvl25 was no land beyond and I was in denial for a few days on how bad it is

I got another NITC while someone else got mida. Also I got 2 shards from crota

All I needed for my second hunter at the time was a Legandary Hunter Chest Piece and I had the engram drop! I was so excited to see what I had got! Turned into ascendent energies. Ruined my day. Lol.

Getting the word of Crota 10 times. I don't mind RNG but the same thing 10 times!!! I think bungie decided that I REALLY NEED that gun.

Worst rng. Nightfall teammates got jellyhorn, ice breaker. I get 11 coins Vog teammate gets vexm and patience and time. Hard light. red death. I get vog raid gear I had already. Crota raid came: Christmas noobs get raid gear. I get crap energy Everyone gets blackhammers, hoc, woc. And I get 2 swordbreakers 3x the same chest piece. my 2nd patience and time and no land beyond

Week 1 of the game I watched my friend in crucible get both the last word and patience and time when he was at the bottom of the list for two games in a row.

One turned out great, one badly: Bad first: I pulled truth from an engram. Next NF, tell my team I'm getting truth. Got truth. Good: ran NF, got 3 shards. I'm like, WTF? Ran weekly, found a legendary engram and got one for reward. Turned them in expecting mats. Got patience and time AND Hawkmoon.

During December-January I had a streak of 7 Nightfalls in a row without getting anything but ascendent materials.

I have done VoG hard about 70 times total and only one exotic and it was ice breaker. I saw so many people get ghorns vex and red death from chest or atheon
