Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Nightfall 6 times in a row (in 2 week) all strange coins (about 6 coins each time).

Bought no land beyond from xur, and then got it from the exotic crota chest.

Got plan c from nightfall and was happy, run the Vog right after and exotic weapon chest I get plan c.... Really ? This was before the whole exotic shard thing

Not one legendary weapon up to lvl 28. So i lvl up my cryptarch and go collect the reward to see a legendary primary engram!! I was pumped on that long walk to master rahool! Energies.

Worst RNG is definitely a nightfall. Primary engram (legendary) that turned into 2 shards.

Not so much RNG, but frustration. Having to own plenty of maxed out exotics (too many to count) pre-DLC only to find out there will be 2.0 versions...

First drop in a tiger strike Plan C, within 24 hrs another Plan C from Nightfall November Nightfall get Monte Carlo, upgrade after dlc, then get another Monte Carlo from VOG chest and next day another Monte Carlo from ROC strike.

All of my nightfalls this week. I got energies (which I have over 200 of now) while the other two guys got exotics.

Grind roc strikes for days. Finally get exotic.(been playing since Sept. Still first exotic) MFW no land beyond. Turn off xbone cry myself to sleep.

Vanguard ROC strike, I carry the team through the whole strike, 2nd place gets Legendary Boots engram, last place gets Universal Remote and I get a rare engram.

Got Gjallarhorn from legendary. Get it from first nightfall. Bought armamentarium from xur. Get another in third nightfall Earned exodus rocket launcher like fourty times from nightfalls too

I got two ascendent shards and two blue engrams from a nightfall. And just yesterday I bought two exotic gauntlet engrams from Xür and got Young Ahamkara's Spine for both. Which is something I don't need at all.

Watching a guy I carried through a nightfall on the archon priest get ghallahorn. He literally had 26 kills total. Wtf?!?!

I had are a hard time deciding if i should spend my 23 strange coins on no land beyond for 17 i decided to buy it then 5 min after i bought it i did the nightfall with a buddy and got no land beyond so i had 2 uugghhh

Well leveling my vanguard and cry. Running to the postmaster getting primary legendary engrams, and getting Hard Light!! All in all 3, and since DLC is out got one!! Seriously I just wand the Hawkmoon just this one weapon!! :/

I got truth out of IB. I have a maxed gjallarhorn. Worst exotic RNG Overall though, I did both the hard and easy raids and got shards only. All I needed was the chest plate to be 30. FML
