For the people is a great gun in PvE and an absolute beast in PvP. I took FoP into the Crucible and I was consistently winning gunfights against people using the Epilogue, Suros Regime, and Jolder's Hammer. All you need to do is keep your sights trained on their dome and mind the recoil. I recommend running the second unlocked sight(Sureshot IS I think) and the upgrade that reduces recoil. For PvE, I find it similar to the Shadow Price in terms of DPS. Guns like the Suros hit harder but the FoP is better for dealing damage quickly. I say try it out first. I would choose it for PvP over anything else I have but I sometimes prefer the Suros for PvP. One last note: do not use this gun for long range engagements under any circumstances. It will fail you at long range.
