Fire Emblem series, I can't chose just one but the 3 most recent ones have definitely lived up to and surpassed their predecessors. Honorable Mentions: Fallout 3 Skyrim The Witcher 2 Mario 64 and Mario Galaxy Resident Evil Series Dark Cloud Dead Space Halo 3 (Reach was pretty good too) Dark Souls (it f***ed me till I loved it) Assassin's Creed 3 and Brotherhood, great series but 1 and 2 are kind of repetitive. Edit: Max Payne is an awesome trip of a game, still wanna play the new one eventually. Edit: See this is what happens when you ask about my favorite games, can't even make a top 5
