Rodeo's a decent perk. I had it on a Shingen for a while and it had a noticeable effect. Not sure if Efrideet's Spear needs it because although the recoil is high, the rate of fire is very slow. That looks like a good PvE build. For PvP I prefer fast firing models but if you like the high Impact models in general, then that's a decent roll if you didn't want to more niche Final Round build.
