I am convinced that heart of praxic fire is impossible to get.
At least on my game. Been trying since release date to get this damn chest piece and I can't ever get it. Every chest engram has turned to Voidfang Vestments, xur has been selling Voidfang Vestments all the time. RNG is beginning to piss me off so much.
I can't for the life of me even get one from nightfall. I get any other exotic that I don't want.

If there was a trading system, I would be willing to trade my Heart of the Praxic Fire with a Suros Regime (or Obsidian Mind).

Pretty sure the loot system has a lower drop rate on it.

Try getting it on a tItan or Hunter, I got both of mine from nightfall

I actually agree that bungie is making different accounts have different drops rate s for different items. 1 guy has 7 vex mythoclast and the other 0. Same for a lot of items. That might be their idea of making everyone seems "unique". Just my theory

I feel for you. I cant get a jellyhorn. It would go so nicely with my ruin wings. I do have praxic fire though. And it's sweet.

7 RepliesSo as a warlock that has pretty much every other exotic besides the heart of praxic fire... What is so coveted about this armor piece?!! The perks don't really seem that spectacular. It looks pretty cool, but is this why everyone wants it?!

This piece avoided me since day one of this game. I got it after the DLC came out with a Nightfall. It will eventually drop. It took time for me too.

I came here for the #RNG_Bullshit hashtag. That being said, I predict that today at 8:23 PM (PST), you will run a ROC or Tiger Strike, and either through a Legendary Engram or as a reward, you will receive Heart of Praxic Fire.

got it by solo'ing nightfall. also got lucky raspberry soloing it. i believe you need to solo it to get it.

What's so great about it? I have a Warlock, and it doesn't seem that... useful, at least to my play style.

I feel bad for you. I've had it since my 2nd exotic engram. It's beast during supers and helps with grenade throwing. But I think I want the obsidian mind! Watching how easy it is to get supers is amazing. The last 2 weeks I've bought 7 new helmet engrams and not one turned into DLC I was as disappointed as you have for the praxic fire.
