is hunger of crota better than ghorn?!
Just got hunger of crota from the raid. Looks like it's got some good perks. What do you guys think ?

I got mine maxed out. the hive disruptor is nice but I still feel my 1.0 300 atk ghorn hits harder

No, almost though. The tracking is key, but the cluster bombs just can't compare to Wolfpack rounds. A great substitute if you want to use Icebreaker and have a good rocket launcher at the same time though.

1 ReplyIt's good--if you don't have gjallarhorn It's basically like black hammer If you want to use gjallarhorn but also want to use icebreaker you use black hammer If you want to use icebreaker but also want to use gjallarhorn you'll use hunger They basically gave you little brothers or substitutes Almost just as good but not quite (Black hammer and ice breaker avoid me so I'm out of luck //cri evriteim)

No but it frees the exotic slot. So it depends on what you're filling that with.

It has the same cluster bomb as the vog rocket launcher. Not half as good as g horn

Ghorn will always be the best for most massive damage input. Wolf pack rounds track, clusters bombs don't . Plain n simple. I have both...

It lacks the tracking clusters but is the same otherwise. When I want to run exotic in the primary or special slots, it's my go to (unless I need arc or void damage).

No. Though it is the closest thing you can get without using an exotic slot
