May RNG-Jesus have mercy on your banned souls: Tales from the Bullshitswamp I

So this guy joins my party that is really the worst player you can possibly imagine, no aim, can`t stay alive in Raid normal as a 30 Character, has .4 kd across all his characters and his first sentence:
[i]Just did Crota, was the swordbearer, was not even difficult.[/i]
Me: You want to tell me that you did Crota legit?
[i]He: Sure, no big deal.[/i]
You know I can read your stats, shall I look into them if there is something fishy? If you lied, I give you now one chance to tell the truth about how you used the kneelglitch to get your greedy hands on loot you didn`t deserve.
[i]This guy in the Lobby disconnected on purpose, I thought it`s supposed to be played like we did.[/i]
You are kidding, I hope. You know that this glitch can get you banned?
[i]No way, it was not even my idea, the others practically forced me to do it.[/i]
You know what, I don`t understand how you can feel good about it, lie to me and then even complain about it when you will get your wrist slapped, by Bungie, when they discover that you had your hand in their cookie-jar. You are a nice guy and a father you should know better to gloat about achievements you stole. From now on, I won`t drag your sorry ass through one additional Raid, your Raiding days with me are done. We can do Strikes and Patrol, because honestly this is the kind of Mission that fits your skillset.

Where is the 1% I´m wrong about?

No one is going to get banned for this glitch, after all Bungie hasn't released hard raid yet for this very reason. Bungie wants us to find the glitches so the hard raid will be a challenge. And for all of those people who say they play Crota legit, I guarantee you bought your way to lvl 30 so where is the "legit" part in that?
