Atheon push was down to poor game design crota cheese is still poor game design but someone actually has to disrupt the game to do it and that is an infringement of the terms and conditions on whatever network you are connected to wether it be xbl or psn they couldn't ban for atheon as you didn't actually disrupt the game but if Microsoft or sony decide to ban it wouldn't be bungie that authorised it it would be whatever network you play on
