Its best feature is the extra ammo and it looks sweet. The cooldown will net you a few extra grenades/flame slaps, so its really not the best exotic armor, but again it does make you look like a medevil badass, especially with the new crota raid gear.

Best feature is the discipline boost, but yes it does look good too.

This, exactly. The Claws have a better feature, but Praxic simply cannot be beat, lookswise.
