9 Full raid last 2 weeks and I've got 9 shards
and 70+ energies!!!
As a side note:
I am the raid rabbit's foot,
6 times in the past 2 weeks out of 9 attempts
someone pulls the Icebreaker from the chest.
(3 of them were new to the raid).
I also have seen ppl get the gear / weps they have wanted over and over and over again.
Fatebringer , Hezen Vengeance, Raid helm or boots whichever they didn't have yet!

I'm not 100% sure but I doubt you get any raid weapons from the chest. Exotic yes but I'm skeptical about the black hammer
