Thank you for posting this! Not a lot of people read the terms that you agree to when you get your console set up.
I do hope that more are banned for the "forever kneeling" glitch on Crota because that is network manipulation in order to gain an unfair advantage or complete an in game task. Not cool man.
Cheesing is fine if that's what you're in to, I'm not, as it doesn't effect the way i play.

LOL, no man, not at all. But I wouldn't make a habit of it. You see if a player does it a couple of times it pretty much goes unnoticed. But if it becomes a trend on an account, that account could be monitored for DC's and if it continuously coincides with that part of the Raid, Sony or Microsoft would have grounds to ban you.
