i am suing bungie for bad servers.
for the last 2 days when I play the game has been extremely laggy. I checked my internet and console and everything looks normal nothing has been changed and I never had this many issues before.
when I play PVP I keep seeing players walking into walls and rubber banding all over the map. I watched someone fall to their death and shotgun me in the face 2 seconds later. I also shot 4 people in the head with my sniper and have them die while in a gun fight vs someone else 4-5 mins later randomly giving me a kill when I am no where near them or having them in my line of sight. its extremely odd because since launch I have never had these issues. I rarely get KTO or find any loose zoo animals.
on top of that when I go to the tower I tried to turn in some bounties and I had to keep clicking A for 2 mins before they would turn in. also happens when I try turning in engrams.
[b]TL;DR: Bungie needs to fix their servers here is proof it isn't my connection

When you're filling out the paperwork, make sure to capitalize at the beginning of your sentences and use semi-decent grammar. Also, maybe invest in a better Internet connection....because the servers are fine. Good luck!

At least you can play the game... even if it is with issues... I can't even play... every time I try to log in I get this error about not being connected to a network.... I'm like... DUH... I'm trying but you guys wont let me on... Then when I go on my phone to troubleshoot they keep talking about things like routers and modems... No idea why I need those to play the game... I have my console... I should probably sue too!

4 RepliesWhat is your average latency? Packet loss percentage? Modem signal strength both up/downstream? Signal noise? Modem brand/model? Router brand/model? Port settings? Static IP? DHCP Lease? If you don't know this information you can in no way speculate as to whether or not your internet connection is the problem. Upload and download speed mean very little here compared to consistently low (read no) packet loss and low average latency. Use pingtest.net to test packet loss and then compare results to the built in network diagnostic tool on your console.
