The problem with the stock model for PvP (not so much PvE) is that there are other guns that do its job. For instance the For the People with Perfect Balance has 100% Stability and is virtually recoilless, with almost as much damage per magazine and a RoF between Silimar's Wrath and Shadow Price. It's probably worth keeping a stock model if you like max RPM ARs, though.
