Diablo 3 hasn't let me down yet, and 2.1 is on console now, so there's TONS to do

It's priced at 30% on the xbox store apparently worth it? Or should I get Dragon Age instead? I know two different games.

If you liked D2, you'll probably enjoy D3 :p There's sooo much loot and build variations, I'll probably just do my weeklies on Destiny then knuckle down on Diablo and crash through some Paragon levels

Then it's up to you! A $2 difference shouldn't make your decision :p just check out gameplay videos or something, or think about your preferences in gameplay. I haven't played Dragon Age, but my brother has beaten it! Diablo can be a bit grindy (nowhere near as bad as Destiny IMO) but part of me enjoys that grind. Striving for that perfect piece of gear, and hitting another Paragon level for the added bonuses, great fun :) This is just my opinion, and it's a biased one. Make your own choice and enjoy a new game if you want to

I haven't played Dragon Age at all, so I couldn't tell you which to choose! I've played hundred of hours of Diablo though, started on 360 then transferred my character to PS4 when the expansion came out :) Patch 2.1 is on consoles now too, so there's tons of stuff to do when you hit the soft level-cap
