Light Of The Abyss... Decent? How does it compare to Plan C/Murmur when leveled?

Got this from the raid yesterday, not sure if its worth the time leveling, Already have Murmur almost leveled (just need that damn ruined core) and also have Plan C 2.0. Anyone have this gun leveled?

I have it fully upgraded and its pretty nasty and comes in clutch taking out ultras and major hives
