A man and his son are driving down the road. They have a crash and 2 ambulances come. They both go to different hospitals. The son gets rushed to the emergency room and the doctor comes in and says 'I can't operate on this boy, he's my son'

Well it depends. It's a sexist riddle, I'm not going to go into the depth of the riddle, but the reason most guys won't get this riddle is because they are naturally sexist thinking only a man can be a doctor. Now you're either gay or a woman to make a comment like that, which is cool also.
