I got it as my first exotic! I believe I bought a chest engram from Xur as I didn't want the Vestments, and I got it!
After spending 2 months trying to get the VoG raid helmet so I could actually use it, I finally have the Crota raid helmet and upgraded it so it should finally get some use!
