Advice from me - do strike playlist, get legendarys and you will easy get to lvl 30. Save strange coins for xur and buy armor or weapon from him. Tbh vog atm is not that important, because it drops pre expasion exotics which needs to be upgraded and raid armor will be only whit 30 light, while expansion legendarys are 33
