Is it wrong for public TV to say "Merry Christmas"?
I don't mean to be all politically correct or whatever, but I think it kind of excludes other religions.
First thing that comes to mind is Hanukkah. Like I get you all want Christmas to come but if public TV and even our elected officials acknowledge one holiday and not the other, it's really not fair. I think it's time that we just say Happy Holidays for those who don't believe they should celebrate Christmas. You guys really should try being more considerate.

If the TV station/show wants to do that, because they are privately owned, they can do that. It may not be the nicest thing, but I think they are allowed to.

It should never offend anyone when someone wishes you good regardless of the holiday. Don't understand political correctness in this case because telling folks they can't wish people good is offensive in itself. 2 cents... Merry Xmas and happy Chanukah!

I'm not religious, Hell I love it when someone says Happy/Merry whatever, They are just in the holiday spirit and being nice, And as long as its in a good context I'l always say thank you, And to you as well. My Personal preference, Merry Christmas.
