Friend of Mine just reported five people from LFG that wanted to force him to glitch Crota
So this friend of mine was in a Lobby with 5 people from Destinylfg, and all was fine up until Crota. Then after 3 failed Crota attempts the first guy starts: "Let us just glitch him". All besides my friend bent over, he dropped and was pissed enough to report them all for Cheating. Sent the Stats, too.
This is how fair Players handle things. He is a Legend and the 5 with him in the Lobby are scum.

EDIT: More and more glitchers report that they got only mats from Crota:

Can confirm that it doesn`t affect people who do it right:
Just got the Raidmg from Crota.
Would be a good way from Bungie to make their effortlessness fruitless.

3 RepliesWhy didn't he just quit and find a new group with a CROTA cp that aren't cheesing? If people want to use the exploits in the game I have no problem with it, I just don't want to be involved with it. Everyone has the freedom to play this game the way they want. No big deal.

2 RepliesI'm glad people are glitching and using exploits in the raids, and the reason is maybe it will teach these developers to stop rushing and actually play test their damn content.

Well I get what you are saying, and I agree that the crota glitch is breaking the game, but why would you blame players? The developers messed up, not the players. The point of the game is to win and kill the biggest baddest boss there is, and if someone figured out how to do it by disconnecting (which is super impressive) then good for them. If you and your friend want to do it legit, which is a lot funner I think, then get a consistent raid group rather than joining randoms, or make your own group and specify at the beginning that it is a no cheese run. If you aren't the raid leader and you join a raid, then you aren't in charge, and you do things their way. Anyways that's my two cents, happy holidays!

People who only cheese the raids will never become great players. I have yet to see an amazing raider want to cheese a fight. Need to practice and challenge yourself to reach new heights.

BUT did he say he didn't want to or did he say sure then report them because that would make him a LIAR and ENABLER which makes him a shitty person to be blatantly honest. Also when did he report the other players and quit the game? If he quit pre-glitch then he doesn't actually know if they succeeded and if he did it post glitch he was then apart of the glitch even if he didn't fully want to do it. Now finally IF they did glitch did he stay for the rewards because if he did then he should report himself and stop feeling all high and mighty when he is just as bad. (I can tell he didn't say no because the team would have instantly kicked him because people are like that in the raid) Conclusion: You're friend either backed out and didn't witness the glitch. OR He assisted in the glitch and either reaped the rewards or quit just prior and either way he knowingly enabled the glitch. A liar and/or back stabber, your friend seems like a real trooper.

As a relatively new gamer, I just don't get this kind of response. I get wanting to play legitimately, but why would you report anyone for exploiting sloppy programming? Just don't play with them dude and find ppl to play with who have similar gaming ethics. If anything you should be pissed with Bungie for building a raid with a ton of flaws.

Wait so you're complaining that these guys glitched Crota a PvE game mode? You need to stop playing this game for a bit and realize it's just a game. PvP is the only place Bungie should work on exploits no one ever loses anything in PvE from a glitch.
