Now that the Contrary Serperior event has gone live (for Japan only, unfortunately), the Contrary Snivys I have bred are now tradeable. They are all Timid with anywhere from 3-5 perfect IVs. If you want one, I'd like something with egg moves/IVs/a good ability. My FC is 0318-7808-0693, and my in-game name is Jeff.

I'm actually on my way back from vacation and it's about a 14 hour roadtrip, so I won't be on until tomorrow afternoon.
