Nope... The BANHAMMER went back to Halo3. You just didn't see the forums flooded with tears until Halo: Reach. Only the worst of the worst actually got permanent bans. The best was watching all the "total progress resets" for things like "my dog wagged his tail and disconnected my Internet just as I completed the challenge"... LOL Wouldn't that be something to see in Destiny? Character inventory and Vault reduced to Greens and ALL XP & RANKS reduced to ZERO.
