Sorry but you cant sue. EULA is a legal document. Buying a game does not give you any rights besides playing it. Its like leasing a car.

They actually rereleased their terms right after the big VoG Atheon glitch patch that everyone had to accept to continue playing. First terms of service I ever read, lol. It actually spells it out saying that it's their game and they are letting you play it.
