Ruin wings

Just unlocked the perk for the ruin wings and if I'm honest I'm not really noticing much difference in heavy ammo drops. Is anyone else noticing this or just me?

Try it with a weapon with "more chance to find heavy ammo" perk? Maybe that'll make it somewhat better.
