While PSN has been down, I've periodically checked the forums just to see what people are saying. Some is cool and encouraging, but a lot is upsetting. It seems as if many people who are really angry have never worked for a company before. Have you never been the employee, who has no power to fix something beyond their control, yet a customer continues to scream at you to fix an unfixable problem? That really sucks. And yet people here are yelling at Deej, Bungie, Sony, PSN crew, who are all working to fix a $hitty thing that happened. None of them caused this intentionally (obv Deej and Bungie) and yet so much hate is being thrown their way.
Try to be supportive and not just yell. Trust me, you'll be happier for it.

Only reason people are mad is because It was on christmas (which that isn't sony's fault) and their competitor Microsoft had it up WAYYYYY quicker. So on top of not being able to play their new game (or for some continue to play their games) of destiny they have to wait two days and they have xbox fans screaming "nah nah na boo boo" in their face. So they get a little antsy.

Edited by EternalDamnation: 12/27/2014 9:07:15 AMI agree for the most part, my only complaint is the lack of communication. Even still, the problem is supposedly solved and they simply say the servers are gradually restoring. Seems as though tons of people are in, and it's only a small handful of us still locked out, and yet we get no eta on when the whole thing will be up, simply that it is gradually restoring.

Totally agree reminds me of a story from my gigalo days. Ladies yelling at you cause they didn't get "their money's worth" me yelling that it's beyond my control what goes on down there. The eventual @$$ kicking they would give me, explaining to Carlos why I don't have his money and hoping he doesn't slice my nostrils. It was a better time. (nostalgic sigh)

I'm pretty sure that's too much to ask...
