So far the consensus is that things are moving mostly, PSN is under maintenance or connection has been lost (error code) or you must be signed in to PSN. Based on the little network knowledge I have it would seem that some people are just getting lucky and making it through to the server. I keep hearing people are up but I'm curious as to what areas they may be restoring and in what order if there is any.. Hopefully this will tip off subscribers of this thread in my state TX/(region by extension?) once someone here is back on when they post here.
