Mine was the Hawkmoon. Turned in a Rare Engram the week Destiny came out, Cryptarch blesses me with Hawkmoon. Handcannon Junkie ever since.

More like you could before the engram patch. You also could get a green from a legendary engram. Both situations happened to me. A whole lot more the downgrade but still it did happen
