In your opinion, what company has the worst customer support? Post you experiences below. [spoiler]Personally I hate Apple. Their support page is confusing and everytime I use iTunes on both non-Apple and Apple devices, something goes terribly wrong and the only solution, like right now, is to lock me out my account and send me an E-Mail saying that I am being hacked.[/spoiler]

  • I have to say game. It's a UK game store. All my preorders this year have turned up between 16 and 48 hours late. They used to have a customer service department. They used to have a number for their head offices. Now all they have is email. I emailed my disappointment about the delayed preorders, how one of them ruined my brothers birthday and how my friends who ordered off amazon had got their games a day early. All I got back every time (3 days later) was "we're sorry but glad the problem is now sorted"
