What triggers an exotic bounty?

So... long story short: one day i got the option to get an exotic bounty. Don´t know how it happened. Can someone help?

It keeps giving me the same 3 bounties, thorn, bad juju, and invective. Can't get the others to save my life. I already have all 3 of those 2.0, don't need more smh
