I've always been told that turning in a ton of bounties at the same time increases your odds. I saved up seven bounties and turned them all in at once. [i]Nothing.[/i] Then, I turn in one individual bounty to Eris and got one. I'm pretty sure it's completely random. Stacking bounties just means you're rolling the dice multiple times at once instead of throughout the day.
