We want cross-gen Destiny!
It's time to allow cross gen for destiny! For so long players have been complaining that they can't play with their friends who haven't gotten next gen consoles or can't afford to. Bungie constantly says they are trying to build a community of togetherness and cooperation, why not let us play with our friends in the same console family?
I understand the argument about better hardware giving an unfair advantage but that advantage could very well be due to the TV the player is using and I think the benefits of being able to play with friends on older consoles far outweighs the negative aspects (are there any really??).
So c'mon Bungie, give the people what they want! Let me know what you think Guardians

I hope you guys know that open world games would be able to run perfectly on 360 and PS3 so all 4 systems would have been able to run what destiny was set to be.

1 ReplyWe don't want cross gen. Because old gen( that's what it is, ps4 Xbox one are current. Gen, right now, next gen doesn't exist) is holding back the advancement of software development. Move on for Christ sake, so that the rest of us with current gen can move on too.

People should just get the next gen by now. However I think for PvP it should be Xbox vs PS4

No bad idea. I don't want my poor ps3 friends holding back what my ps4 is really able to do. I rather play with my ps4 friends.

I think if they allowed the old gen consoles to play with next gen consoles there would be no point of even upgrading to a next gen console because you will still be playing with the old gen people
