Badger CCL vs Another NITC

I'm looking for a new Vanguard scout and wondered about people's thoughts on the above guns. Currently using B Line Trauma and before that Gheleons Demise - I like both for different reasons. Any users of CCL or NITC got any opinions - they would be much appreciated.

Badger cc is awesome. Staggers everything and the exploding rounds will shove the cursed thralls back and give you some room
