Pretty vague... but Halo wins by far... like... by far far... and here are a few solid reasons why:
#1 - Sales... I know, destiny sold blah blah during launch... seriously... look at the halo sales across the board, not even including merchandise, and the new halo game has not even launched.
#2 - PvP... there isn't even MLG, tournaments, or custom games in destiny... although fun, you can barely compare the two
#3 - Story... sigh.
#4 - Legacy... halo is just too big. There is a ton of hype around destiny... but in 10 years will you still be playing it? No... due to servers being shut off. That was a mean joke, I apologize.
#5 - Reviews... as much as everyone hates IGN, Gamespot, Kotaku... there reviews DO matter, a lot... and almost every halo game has stomped destiny.
Keep in mind, I like destiny... I am not "hating" on destiny. I honestly believe it isn't even fair to compare them... just trying to keep it real for you guys.

are you comparing Halo: Combat Evolved or the entire Halo series? a game that's been out for 13 years vs. a 4 month old title?

exactly... that is why I am saying it is vague. I am personally comparing the whole halo series... but not sure what the OP is comparing.

Well IGN said Call of Duty Ghosts was an 8.8 out of 10. If I remember correctly.... Their "reviews" aren't very trustable.

In ten years i still will not be playing halo lol. There is nothing to do in halo besides pvp. Boring

I'm gonna be waiting for house of wolves and playing pvp. Or rather go play halo cus crucible is boring. Halo's pvp is the best part about it I don't find it boring in the least. I'd still be on it today but destiny is my break from it. 2 years of h4 burns you out. But I'll be back 😛 Edit: oh and you can still make forge maps, take screenshots, videos, customs games, campaign, spartan ops or firefight as well as matchmaking

I do not play pvp on destiny. Just for the bounty of thorn. pvp has zero interest to me. I want pvp i play battlefield.

Every Halo game stomped Destiny in review scores, even Halo Wars.

I actually did not know that... but hell... I loved halo wars. Different... but fun.
