I finished off the year with an apple wood smoked bacon burger
To hopes that it's some of the last crap food I eat while I attempt to get in shape again
My body looks fit
But I suck wind at the smallest of activities

That is a good goal, I should probably do something similar. Maybe I'll learn how to make healthy food first, Subway doesn't cut it lol. I notice that when I run for a minute, I inhale profusely.
