Considering the Necron are so advanced that they dwell within two universes at once, their most basic close combat weapon cuts through dimensions and they themselves harness magic, they definitely understand it.

Destiny level human magic/technology is nothing compared to magic and technology of humans in WH40K, and the necrons millions times stronger than WH40K human. That little bubble shield is rip with just a Necron infantry scythe.

Also, did you mean ward of light[b]s[/b]? Because that would've been even more easily disintegrated. They're pretty much trans-universal animate metal skeletons. They are literally incapable of not existing. They were cursed by gods.
