Without time nothing can exist, nothing would be able to evolve and matter would stop flowing. But because im able to write this. I can prove that time does exist and so does I.

Yea time is a complex illusion

You can pause a movie, and everything then stops in the movie. Nothing moves not even the atoms. Imagine that everything stops in real life, time would stop to exist and so would materia because no human in reality would be able to write an argument.
